WE BUILT SCULPT. TO HELP YOU MOVE STRONGER, TOGETHER.
SCULPT. is Blacksburg’s infrared-heated boutique studio, built around one goal: helping you move better and feel stronger. Our low-impact, high-intensity mat Pilates and sculpt classes blend heat, breath, music, and movement into a workout that challenges your body and clears your mind. Every class is led by certified instructors who care about your form, your goals, and your progress, whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned regular.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
For most people, yes. Infrared heat is gentle on joints and safe for the majority of clients. That said, if you’re pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or take medication that affects temperature regulation, please check with your doctor before booking and let your instructor know before class starts.
-
Bring a water bottle and a small towel. Grip socks are required on the reformers; we have pairs available for purchase if you need them. If it’s your first visit, arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in and set up.
-
Stop and let your instructor know right away. Every studio has water and a cool-down area, and our instructors are trained to help you take a break, hydrate, or step out of class if needed. Your safety always comes before finishing a set.
-
Yes. Please tell your instructor before class if you’re pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, are recovering from an injury or surgery, or have any other condition that heat or intense movement could affect. When in doubt, check with your doctor first, and we’re always happy to help modify a class to fit your needs.

You can book directly through our Schedule page. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 6 hours before your class to avoid a fee — cancellations inside that window or no-shows are subject to a $10 fee. Reach out to us directly if you have any questions about a specific booking.
